Welcome to Reaction Master: Brain Games ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Reaction Master: Brain Games is a mobile application that provides brain training games, including but not limited to:

• Reflex and speed training games
• Memory and cognitive training exercises
• Math and logic puzzles
• Perception and attention games
• Leaderboard and ranking features
• Two-player game modes

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

The App is suitable for users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, computer systems, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
• Use any automated system, including "bots" or "scripts," to manipulate leaderboards or game scores

• Use offensive, inappropriate, or harmful nicknames or content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the App

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership

The App, including all content, features, functionality, graphics, designs, text, and software, is owned by Reaction Master: Brain Games and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

5.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Rent, lease, loan, or sell the App or any portion thereof
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App

6. Game Statistics and Leaderboards

6.1 Accuracy

While we strive to maintain accurate leaderboards and game statistics, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any scores, rankings, or statistics displayed in the App.

6.2 Fair Play

All game scores must be achieved through legitimate gameplay. Any attempt to manipulate scores, use automated tools, or exploit bugs will result in the removal of scores and potential account suspension.

6.3 Leaderboard Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any scores, rankings, or user-generated content (such as nicknames) that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.

8. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be available at all times or free from errors
• The App will meet your requirements or expectations
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The App is free from viruses or other harmful components

8.3 Cognitive Training Disclaimer

While the App provides brain training games, we make no medical or scientific claims about the effectiveness of these games in improving cognitive function, memory, or reaction time. Individual results may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REACTION MASTER: BRAIN GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reaction Master: Brain Games, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

11.2 Terms Modifications

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. You may also request deletion of your game statistics and leaderboard entries by contacting us.
