By downloading, installing, or using Cleaner App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Cleaner App is a photo management application that allows you to:

• View and organize your photos
• Mark photos for deletion
• Delete unwanted photos from your device
• Restore photos marked for deletion

The App operates entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the legal right to delete photos from your device
• Backing up important photos before deletion
• Using the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the security of your device

4. Photo Deletion

When you use the App to delete photos:

• Photos are permanently removed from your device
• This action cannot be undone through the App
• We are not responsible for any data loss
• You acknowledge that deletion is at your own risk

5. Permissions

The App requires access to your photo library to function. By using the App, you grant permission to:

• Read photos from your device's photo library
• Delete photos at your explicit request

The App does not access any other data on your device and operates with minimal required permissions.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the App without authorization
• Use the App's code or design for other purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright notices

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

9. In-App Purchases

Cleaner App offers in-app purchases for premium features and functionality. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to:

• Pay the price displayed at the time of purchase
• Complete the transaction through your device's app store
• Abide by the app store's terms and conditions
• Understand that purchases are final unless required by law

Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android) through their respective app stores. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.

Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through the app store where you made the purchase. Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policy and applicable laws.

Subscription Terms: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device's app store settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, photos, or other information
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the App
• Issues related to in-app purchases or payment processing

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases within the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App's developers, owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue the App or any part thereof

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
