Imagy is an AI-powered photo editing application that allows users to enhance, transform, and personalize their images using advanced artificial intelligence technology.

• Each account is limited to use on one device only.
• New accounts may receive free credits or trial features upon registration (subject to change).
• Additional credits or features can be purchased through the App Store.

• Imagy offers various subscription plans (e.g., weekly, annual) with pricing and terms displayed in the app.
• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms and conditions.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store support.

• Imagy collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Images are processed solely for the purpose of providing photo editing functionality using AIProxy and related services.
• Images are not permanently stored on our servers unless required for the editing process and are deleted after processing is complete.

• Minimum iOS version: iOS 15.0 or later
• Compatible with iPhone and iPad

• Users are prohibited from uploading explicit or inappropriate content.
• Uploading copyrighted material without permission is not allowed.
• Harmful, malicious, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.

Imagy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Imagy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
